Shipping policy

Available delivery methods, charges and current estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Domestic orders over A$250 qualify for free standard shipping where the checkout confirms eligibility.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, public holidays, remote destinations and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Singles, sealed products and other collectibles are packed according to their size, condition and fragility. Tracking details are provided when the selected delivery service includes tracking.

If tracking is delayed, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law.
