Preorder & EQL terms
Selected high-demand releases may be offered through EQL. Product pages and launch notices will state the applicable timing and allocation process.
Availability and timing
Release and dispatch dates are estimates supplied by publishers, distributors or launch partners and may change. A preorder secures an order request but does not override supplier allocations. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must reach us at least 48 hours before the product release cutoff stated for that launch. Requests received after that point may not be accepted where allocation or fulfilment has already been committed. This does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Member access
Eligible members may receive earlier notice or priority access to selected launches. Membership never guarantees an EQL selection, allocation, product availability or a particular price.
