Returns & consumer guarantees
Your purchases come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods
Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose and match their description. If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may first provide a repair or replacement within a reasonable time where appropriate.
These rights apply to full-price and clearance products. A disclosed fault or normal wear consistent with a stated condition is not treated as an undisclosed failure.
How to request a remedy
Email us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where useful. Keep the item and packaging until we advise the next step. We may request reasonable proof of purchase.
Where the Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy, we will not limit you to store credit or require you to pay return costs that the law places on us.
Change of mind
We do not promise change-of-mind returns unless a product listing or written offer expressly says otherwise. This does not reduce your rights where consumer guarantees apply.
